Ceremony distinguished those who collaborate from the foundation
ICC – Industria e Comercio de Calçado celebrate, in 2011, 25 years of activity and commemorated the date, on January 29th, with a social lunch, which allowed its more than 150 employees to strengthen ties and team spirit among them, as well as to distinguish and honour those who work since its founding in 1986.
There were recalled episodes of success. Remembered the misfortunes that grow an organization. Rediscovered old friends. Enhanced the culture and know-how of ICC, a true school for many of those present. Evoked values: make their own products obsolete before others do. And referenced the challenges of specialization, with innovation and quality, as guarantees of success in a fiercely competitive and globalized market.
In addition to a package of social benefits extended to all employees, the hand over of medals that have allowed us to distinguish the 25 years of employment with the ICC. Entrepreneurship, vision and persistence of the founder and current chairman of the board, Teófilo Leite Ribeiro was also recognized by his colleagues, who graced him with a medal, a diploma that recognizes its "impressive mark 'in the footwear industry as well as a dissertation as a compliment to the nature of man, the obstinacy of the professional and the ability of the leader.
