With a permanent department of design and research, always searching for new materials and techniques for the footwear construction process, this allows LAVORO to keep in the front of the new developments of Podology and footwear construction progression.

This department was responsible, 10 years ago, for the introduction of the Clima Cork System. It was also responsible for the developments in the dual density sole technology, the perfection and comfort of natural products, which are free of any chemical products.

LAVORO is permanently advised by Universities best Podology Technicians.

Lavoro quality policy

LAVORO has its own laboratory with accredited technicians. Daily tests are made to the products produced. From tests of safety toe caps and safety insoles to sole resistance, abrasion, anti-slip properties and many other parameters. These tests allow us to check the conformity of every product with our quality standards and the norms requirements.

Apart form these tests, several other tests are made in external institutions, universities and footwear technical labs.
